Podcasting has taken the internet by storm. The ability of being able to do intense research before a podcast is recorded in combination with having the freedom to release the clip at will, and in addition to having the gift of editing out mistakes, podcasts are the new packaged era of radio.

Despite a personal preference of radio – where the interviewer needs to display actual skill in crafting a LIVE conversation where he’s limited to his researched notes at hand – I have now trodden into the world of podcasting.

On The Up is a podcast channel created by Daniel Isaacs and I where we interview young South Africans who are on-the-up, starting out in any industry, to gain valuable insight as to what it takes to make it in their respective field in SA. With Daniel’s experience in sound editing, and mine in broadcasting, we hope to create high quality content.

The intent behind its conception is that many people often have brilliantly valiant ideas yet still struggle to turn their project into something fruitful. That is where On The Up comes in. We intend on having meaningful conversations to raise awareness about who you are and what you are doing, while at the same time, trying to connect you to our audience who is hopefully your future customer.

We truly believe that anyone who is on-the-up deserves, at the least, an opportunity to share their thoughts with others.

As we usher in the new decade and your creative juices have stirred in some new plans and ideas for the year ahead which you wish to take to market, reach out to us to so we can help broadcast them to the market.
